Review- Pixi Glow Tonic

Hey hope your all well?

Since the infamous youtube video of Caroline Hirons with the Pixwoo sisters I've had a long list of skincare products I wanted to try out one of them was the infamous Pixi glow tonic. Now I personally  have never really been a toner girl I just never saw the point to be honest. Boy was I wrong since ive been using this toner my skin has been thanking me. Caroline recomends the p50 but with a price tag of

£50 I just cant justify paying that much but anyways she also recommends the Pixi glow tonic as a good and cheaper dupe score! So I quickly found their number and rang in but they were out of stock and after about a month I finally got it! I've been using this for about two months so thought I'd give my opinions. First when I tried this I got a tingling sensation and because my skin not used to an exfoliating toner I only used this twice a week, now I can use regularly with out any problems. An exfoliating toner mildly exfoliates the top layer of skin giving it a Beautiful healthier look.

This makes my skin look plumper and clearer since i've been using my skin doesn't look dull. It has no alcohol which is great for people with dry skin like mine. Its not tested on animals which is a bonus. The only downside I can think of is the pump it kinda just goes everywhere unless you place you cotton pad carefully under it. Its also is not available online, but you can order by phone which I did on this number 02072877211 they ship anywhere in UK I have no idea about abroad though. Now a lot of people seem to not like the packaging but i think its not gimmicky and straight to the point nice and simple to be precise and I like that. I rather have a company spend time on the product then the packaging itself though I'm a sucker for good packaging I just prefer quality. Oh and the price is £16 for 250ml which is a bargain compared to the p50. Oh make sure you use sun screen when using this as the skin will be susceptible to more damage :).

Will i be purchasing again? yep if it benefits my skin and not denting my account I'm all for it.

  1. I'm dying to use this! I use a glycerin and rosewater toner in a spray bottle but that's kind of more moisturising than exfoliating, so I'm intrigued to have a go of something like this!
