The Review- Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer

Im not too much of a fan of primers as makeup lasts an ok amount of hours and after that I don't really care as I get lazy. The only primer I have used in the past are the Mac and Nars primer and they worked well so I just stick to them. I got a sample of this during the space NK summer beauty sale thing, so I didn't exactly need a new primer but Im pretty glad I gave this a go.
The hourglass veil mineral primer* is a mineral based primer thats is water resistant. Hourglass claims "eliminates redness, minimizes pore size, softens fine lines and creates a uniform canvas for a flawless makeup application"  and I can confirm that its does exactly that. It blurs out the skin making it look flawless in photos. It also has the ability to make my face look fresh through out the day without looking like its fading away. Normally if I don't wear any primer my makeup starts to fade around my chin and nose but with this no such problem. The consistency is light I use my fingertips to blend this into my skin and then slap on whatever base I fancy. As you slightly tell from the pictures its a blue toned cream.

A downside to this product is the price its £52 for 30ml you can get a 10ml for £20 but that is still pretty expensive which is why this only comes out on special occasions for me.

Now the question is to splurge on the bigger bottle or not ?
