Top Five Concealers For Dry Skin

Mac Pro longwear Concealer - This concealer is a part of macs pro longwear line so its long lasting  I even have this in my kit as its suits most skin types.  Being a liquid concealer it is hydrating that means it does not look cakey at all (Quick tip
: if you have severe dry skin especially under the eyes I would always recommend eye cream before you put on makeup). Back to the concealer it covers dark circles exceptionally well personally I find the beauty blender works well with this. If you want a lot of coverage then go ahead and use a synthetic concealer brush. As the name suggests it is a long lasting concealer in fact this is a concealer I reach for when I know I have a long day ahead of me and want my makeup to stay put. The one thing that I dislike about this is the pump it dispenses way too much product I always try to pump half but that never works as the pump needs to be pressed fully down to be activated if that makes sense.

Urban Decay Naked Concealer - This is a concealer pretty new to my arsenal of makeup, and I'm not sure why I never brought this earlier. It's so moisturising, creamy and lightweight so doesn't feel heavy on your skin. Best of all it doesn't set in fine lines I just pat a bit a translucent powder after concealing and it does not crease at all. What I personally love about this concealer is the applicator it's just flat at first instance I thought woah how is this going to work as I never used anything like it before but I find it works well with under eye areas it's just easy application. It is a lot like the Nars radiant creamy concealer I just find it a lot more moisturising and easy to blend.

Collection Concealer - This is the thickest out the bunch in consistency but does have a lot of coverage for a drugstore concealer. I've been using this since I was a teenager, it doesn't dent your bank balance and has full coverage. However because it is thick it can look cakey under the eyes so I do put on some eye cream if I'm using this. Honestly this is good for any one who's just getting started in to makeup or younger teens who want a product that's in their budget range and that can do exactly what it claims.

By Terry Touche veloutée - This one is on the high end mark if you want to splash a bit of cash. A little goes a long way with this which is why I think it's lasted me so long. It has a light and watery consistency so hence hydrating. This is a more highlighting concealer then just your normal concealer but that doesn't mean it lacks in the concealing department it still does a pretty good job but it does it so beautifully and highlights so subtly which looks natural. My whole under eye area just gets a lot softer and lines diminish.

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer - I'm sure you all are familiar with this product as it's probably one of the most raved concealer in the blogosphere. It has medium to full coverage which is buildable. Personally which this specific product I find less is more, because the coverage is good I don't find myself layering loads on unless your going to be using flash photography which may require a bit more coverage. Now I do suffer from dry skin so in the colder months it is extremely dry so I would normally put on eye cream underneath as I find it clings on my dry patches other then that it gets a thumbs up from me.

I hope this helps in you quest for concealing those pesky dark circles, I do have dry skin so these are mainly targeted for people whom are in my skincare category if you want one for oily skin types please let me know
